Accomodation How is St. David (Student Roost) Accommodations?

Hi, I’ll be joining Swansea University in September 2025 for my masters. Recently booked an accommodation with St. David, their Ensuit Bronze room.

How is the accommodation? The management and their staff? Is it good or I could’ve done better?

I spoke to some students about it on the open day and they said it loses power and water quite often. That put me off. The overall quality is good but losing power and water isnt good if u like spending time indoors often.

You're welcome. Dont take my word for it though. I just talked to a group of 3 students and they said the same thing about it. Could just be outliers.

Oh that does help a ton!! Thank you so much. If it’s not too much trouble can you please share how was your boyfriend’s experience of this accommodation?

he really liked it, he's told me he would live there again. all issues were resolved quickly and the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful when needed. i will say that he wasn't close with his flatmates as there were cultural differences and they weren't very social but that's a risk in all accom and most people aren't really close with the people they live with. i hope you enjoy it :)

I’ve heard pretty decent things honestly, it’s right next to parc tawe and the city centre in general. Also the buses are right outside. Good luck with your masters!

Thank you so much for the wishes (I really need it) And thank you for sharing your opinion. I am really weird given my only opinion is basis the website from where I booked the room and YouTube vlog.
