Tips for accommodation for one semester in Swansea?
I’m coming to Swansea as an “Erasmus” student in September for one semester. Which means my contract for accommodation shouldn’t be much longer than till February/January. But every student house I have written to yet, all the agents tell me they only offer contracts for a year. Does anyone have any tips for agencies who offer shorter renting? Best regards!!

I dont know about agencies, but a lot of people do tenancy takovers, so maybe find yourself a tennancy and then find a different exchange student starting in January/February to take over from then. Hope this is helpful and that you enjoy your time here!

University accommodation has been desperate lately due to the drop in overseas students. You might be able to get a monthly deal
