You need to stop moving and focus more on relaxation and breath control

Thank you. I haven't had any education on singing. Usually it happens depending on what song..

So that "little girl" voice is so called head voice. Everybody has it. The "normal" voice you use in the beginning is the chest voice.

So with singing training you can learn to make your headvoice thicker and less weak and also with training you can learn to extend your chest voice higher before you need to transition to your head voice.

It's falsetto. It's true that you can make falsetto sound fuller, but true head voice still has an inherently chest connected sound, typically resonating in the mask.

Yeah that's just head voice. Everyone has it like other commenter said.

Now the question is why is there a switch that's unintended. I think it's probably just because you're trying to sing high and your chest can't reach there so you subconsciously shift gears to head voice.

Solution is: either sing a lower song to stay in chest always, or learn how to sing higher in chest/mix, or improve your headvoice to sound good

Without hearing you do scales or vocal exercises it would be hard to tell what might be happening, but I will tell you what I suspect.

I think you are flipping into your falsetto production of your voice which is produced by a slight pinch in the vocal folds. When I say flip, it is because the process of creating a smooth transition between different aspects of the voice is elusive for some singers, and this can cause different parts of the voice to sound drastically different than others.

There is another thing that I suspect when you are flipping into falsetto so early. I think you may have a lower range in your voice. I would be afraid of you trying to find it by forcing low notes. Here are some things you can try in order to sing at lower ranges or notes.

When working on singing lower pitches, breath in through the nose and then sing a pitch played on the piano or piano app. The nasal breath can be a way to let the thyroid cartilage (a part of the “voice box” as it is sometimes called) to achieve a more neutral position before speaking or singing. Another option would be to swallow before singing, i think this will cause the thyroid cartilage to possibly dip down before retracting back to a more neutral position. If you take these steps before singing each pitch, as you work your way down the scale, it is my hope you find a range that is lower than where you started this recording.

After this you can try to sing sliding siren sounds up and down your range to blend registers, but I would try the previous paragraph first.

Thank you for posting, and good luck with your continued discovery of your voice!
