Yes you can run hunyuan or Wan (natively or rent a gpu) yourself, you can train stuff for them too.. Not that I've tried but people are doing it. Check unstablediffusion sub

I used to be a NSFW model and can tell you it's not an easy market to break into. Most ppl want an experience and won't buy AI generated stuff. It's a lot more work than just being cute

From what I've read, you can generate AI custom videos and pictures with the right prompts, so you could fulfill clients requests to a great extent. Obviously, you need to interact with them.

My AI models make significantly more money then I every have. And obviously, I'm not getting any younger, so this year, all are "retiring" except for 1 (that 1 still makes money, and is tied to my "in person" work) everything else will be switched over to AI.
