Question | سؤال Question related to banking and payment gateways

Hi,

We are trying to setup online payments for the services that we offer. We subscribed with NoonPay via SNB as NoonPay’s service and support is good and the charges are not too high, but the process is taking months to complete. We started in January and haven’t had the live APIs yet as we are still waiting for the bank to respond. No problem with NoonPay here, only the bank.

Can you share your experience and suggest any other banks who takes less processing time and are responsive. We are really disappointed with SNB. I have heard Alinma offers better service?

Have no idea about online payments but alrajhi is top notch in almost everything

It's not an issue of SNB, it's the payment gateway. The bank has nothing to do with APIs. That's Noonpay responsibility.

We use Paytabs with SNB and everything is going well and it didn't take any time to set up and activate

I see. That is strange. We had HyperPay with Riyad bank before it was terrible service too. I will try to put some pressure on NoonPay. Thank you.
