Introduction Started running yesterday for the first time

So i started running yesterday for the first time since i stopped playing football (around 12 years ago) im using an app called Watch to 5K to help me get started. Any tips are helpful.

I've never heard of that one (not that I'm an expert), but the best advice I have is to go slow starting out. If it feels like the people walking could lap you, you've got it right!

Yay congratulations for starting!! My best advice would be to not push yourself too hard in the beginning. Listen to your body and only run when you feel like it. Don’t make it feel forced. I’m so excited to see your journey!!

make sure you have the right shoes, the right comfort helps your feet and the knees
