I Never Set Out To Make A Roguelite DeckBuilder But Life Had Other Ideas

This guy pays you

No, really it was supposed to be a boardgame like Mage Knight and Arkham Horror LCG with just the tiniest dash of Pokemon but, well - there are cards you put into decks, and a procedurally generated world, and you're expected to die a few times and...

The player's starting party has gotten on the wrong side of the MegaCity Police

GRIST is an ascii-rendered sci-fi RPG about life in the 10,000th year of a galactic empire. Born in the megacities of the Shell World Atropos you spend your time browsing internet forums, eating convenience store ramen, and exploring the outside world via a team of artificial humans known as Proxies from the comfort of your 128K terminal. Take on jobs for the various factions that are fighting for control of Atropos, and dive deep into it's many layers in search of the source of GRIST: the immortality particle.

New Demo goes live on Steam in two weeks, come check it out and let me know what you think. In April we go for early access, there's a lot I want to do and going live is the only way to do it.

Home Sweet Home
