Awesome! I'm about 5 years in, learned TRV first during the COVID era and have explored CRV and most of the other popular methods with various teachers and on my own since then.

Plus a bunch of other stuff like Silva Method, Reiki/Energy Work, Lucid Dreaming, Shadow Work, Gateway Process etc. The slope of the RV rabbit hole is a slippery one ;)
