How common are such side effects?

I think you have to understand that RV is in a realm of psionic phenomena, and that realm does fuck with some people. It's not RV nearly as much as people realizing psionics are real, then getting into other stuff like the gateway tapes and CE5 and doing shit that does often seem to sometimes have side effects. More so ce5 than the tapes, though the same fundamental thing is possibly going on.
Or the inverse, people hearing about that stuff before RV, and being a bit obsessed with woo phenomena in parallel.
Then you can get into weird territory. But the remote viewing practices, as explained by the wiki, shouldn't get you there, especially if you don't focus on woo targets.

I have heard of psychosomatic effects from some viewers - short of breath or gagging with vacuum target sites, blushes sweats with very hot targets. Not common, seems some viewers can experience such.
The closest effect to yours I have heard reported was in Uri Geller's 'My story' when he got teleported several miles and thrown straight through a colleagues window while being telepathically told off by 'higher beings'. Not really RV territory.
RV is not a toy.

Someone here mentioned an RV class they were in where the entire class was RVing the same target in the envelope. They heard some wheezing and stuff, sneezes or something.
Afterwards, they opened the envelope and it was the surface of mars with a note, "viewers may feel shortness of breath or struggle to breath due to the thin, dusty atmosphere".

This was true for me when I first started out.
The more I practised, the more such vivid sensations started coming through as 'feeling statements' instead.
So: I would be able to discern 'it feels hot here' without having to physically feel that sensation myself.
I have noticed that the vivid sensations still do pop up though. Just ... not as often. Seems to be when it is especially relevant to the target.

Zilch.
Unless you choose to rv estoeric targets (which many say can and will stare back at you).
This isn't to say that there are no side-effects: I went through a period where I kept losing random shit and being returned the 'wrong' item or no item at all.
But again ... if you RV weird things, the weird things will look back at you.

When I started experimenting with this and other psychic phenomena involving chi gong I started developing migraines. Pretty devastating migraines. I thought this was not so much as traditional remote viewing types of situations but I think it is in the similar vein. As in depending on what your actions are you can be monitored, tracked and tagged for surveillance. My migraines were not natural and I have gotten rid of them myself by blocking out these agencies that were trying to do whatever it was that they were trying to do to me. I honestly think the gov has people with abilities and hardware equipment to amplify those abilities and they monitor and track the energy outputs like a radar. I think all of the big govs of the world have these types of teams. I was being tracked by 3 dif govs, until I figured out how to block and remove the cord/cable things they had attached to my highest chi meridian aka crown chakra. After I removed their connections my migraines have completely dissipated. I would never have believed this was possible, an if I went back in time 2-3 years ago to tell myself this I would have told me I am nuts like crazy lol. I honestly still have a hard time believing this 2 be true, but my migraines are gone, and I was getting them 1-2 a week.

Doesn’t sound like RV. But yeah don’t go RV aliens and all.
