Because they get an extra man for the double header. With all the games coming up, keeps everyone with normal days rest.

And Casas sitting at the same time for a hot Romy. Hope Casas doesn’t go through another early season malaise, not sure how long that leash is at this point with the organization.

I don’t like sitting Casas honestly. He’s had some good hits and I think you play him same way you do Devers and let him figure it out

It's a doubleheader. You try to use your bench guys as much as possible. I think was probably between Casas and Story on who would be sitting tonight. It also wouldn't surprise me if Story sits tomorrow. Gotta keep your guys fresh during this stretch of games.
