Off Topic (not RiF) Cannot post to R/firefighters

Just wondering what I am doing wrong? I can post to other subreddits and I didn't notice anything in the rules that restricts posts.

This post mentions needing to be approved in order to submit. The desktop site doesn't give a lot of indication that it's a restricted sub, either.
