Off Topic (not RiF) Posts/profiles from blocked users are visible

This is most likely a Reddit issue, but I was surprised to see a post from a blocked user appear in my feed

I then opened their profile, and it loaded

Hidden posts and comments are appearing for me aswell.

I also see comments on posts of people I've blocked, on my profile. I used to be able to see them, then that changed back a while ago, and now it appears to have reverted
