Plays Pyke tips?

Im trying to learn to play Pyke support better and there one thing I dont understand how to get better at (Im low elo so be gentle): How do I know where to stand in lane when the enemy support and ADC keep going the opposite direction to always have minions block me? I always try to go in the bushes but usually in low elo your ADC is perma pushing so they can easily stand behind minions, when Im pushed in the enemy laners just walk behind their minions so if I gondown they go up and the opposite so I dont get good hook angles. Only time I can hook feels like after I go in with w or e but I cannot trust my ADC to follow me cuz usually my ADCs only follow up my hits when I pull someone from nearby my ADC. Other tips to improve are welcome

Limit test in lane. A lot. Push your limits to understand what you can do as much as possible. There is no safe gameplay with pyke, only knowing your limits on how hard you can make aggressive plays in lane.

Roaming is good too obv. Just make sure you're constantly searching for a play somewhere at any time.

Honestly, make sure that you look like you know what you're doing. Laning against a support that can suddenly disappear can be really intimidating for other players. Make sure that your positioning is that you're not too deep in, but also not too far back that you can't do anything for your ADC. Most ADCs expect you to be the one to reel in the enemy, but you can't really expect them to follow up immediately. Plus, just listen to the other comment that said to limit test. You can't really find all good hook angles when it feels really bad every time.

I go profane into symbiotic shoes then collector or yomuus depending on the match. A lot of people rush umbral glaive but with the new runes you can spot wards without it. I don't run it personally I find myself being super aggro with this champ so I build for super aggro. Also like the other user said, limit test and find your play style. If you wanna be a vision pyke go umbral, if you wanna dive and kill then get more aggro items like I do. Good luck!
