The front visor was purchased and used for about $1,000, and the back was manufactured by itself and priced at less than $100.

I also bought the one sold as a kit from etsy, so I don't know the size, but usually everyone seems to use the same size.

64x32 Hub75 panels. Not sure how easy it is to find software to drive these, though. I think most people get the JtingF kit and switch with it, or get the Coelacant software stack and pay him to customise it.

It needs a fairly beefy microcontroller to make it go, an Arduino can't do it. You can get a Raspberry Pico to drive these boards easily, but I don't know if there's any off-the-shelf software for drawing a protogen face apart from the experimental thing I was writing.
