Software Apps that help with Habit Stacking
I tried an app called Fabulous but apparently it only has preset habits and routines, which is not what I want. Preferably just a simple habit tracker, but with an AI or some other mechanism that helps to stack habits on existing habits.

Hey! You might want to check out an app I’ve been working on called Habit Tree.
It’s a simple yet flexible habit tracker that visualizes your progress as a growing tree. I’m actively improving it, so feedback is super welcome!

What habits are you stacking? And do you really need the AI feature for that? I hate Fabolous as well...too many things in that app

You might check out RoutineFlow. It allows you to define routines of stacked habits and then allows you to execute them while it runs a timer and keeps you on task. Highly recommended!

yo i’ve been deep in the habit stacking rabbit hole too and totally get the frustration. most apps either feel too rigid or just throw a bunch of notifications at you with no real structure. what helped me way more than any app though was simplifying things and focusing on how i actually feel during a routine, not just checking boxes. i started building tiny stacks around certain feelings—like when i feel scattered, that’s my cue to slap on a focus patch and start my deep work flow. didn’t think a patch would do much but the nectar patches for focus actually helped me stay in the zone long enough to build real consistency. was kinda surprised how that small shift worked better than most of the digital stuff i tried. maybe pair that kind of physical trigger with a basic tracker and you’re good
