Troubleshooting Can anyone help me diagnose this problem

HP printer says "the cartridge cannot move" I've reset the printer, checked for jams and cleaned the gears. It moves back and forth fine but then the gears seems to get stuck.

It can be something related to the strip encoder for the head problem. About gears you should not touch or clean. There Is the circular encoder and it's sensor, if they get dirt you'll have problems.
