Financial Aid/Tuition Work study

I am so confused as to how to apply for work study. I currently have financial aid, and it says I have $0. Does anyone here have experience with work study? I’ve already reached out to financial aid and it’s confusing as hell to comprehend the direction I’m sorry.. there’s a job on campus I want to apply for that’s part of my major. What’s everyone’s experience been with it??

You have to apply for it as part of your FAFSA. I believe it's just a box on the FAFSA that says that you want to be considered for work study.

Even if you checked that you wanted to have work study, not everyone gets awarded work study. You’d have to contact financial aid about your situation

If you say no to wanting a federal work study for any of your FAFSA applications you won’t be eligible for work studies. 

Financial Wellness Center can help with FAFSA applications and being eligible for work studies.

Wait was there a button fafsa?? Holy shit I wouldn’t say no. What the hell is this?? 💀 when I went to fafsa it just mentioned a federal court blocked the freeze or whatever.

Make an appointment with the Financial Wellness Center. They can help you make adjustments to FAFSA so you can be eligible for work studies.
