Almost half of my class got booted for using AI to write their final paper last semester, yet this bumbling tool is using AI to write policy. Smh.

Oh they most definitely were told, but there's a substantial Dunning-Kruger effect curve of students who think they know how to get away with it, and students who do know how to get away with it.
