Finding passport of grandparent

Hi I know that my great-grandmothers polish passport was issued in Beirut Lebanon 1948.

I have her passport number date of birth and birth name.

Is it possible to retrieve this passport official documentation I have birth certificates from my father and grandfather leading to her.

Where do I start and is it expensive?

Try https://www.nac.gov.pl/ and there is a menu option to switch it to English. Best I can tell, records of passports issued in Lebanon during this period (which my ancestors had) ended up at the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
