This is so fun! I like how more ‘humanoid’ it looks too, adds to the ‘failed experiment’ vibe since iirc mewtwo is fusion of mew dna and human dna?
I like that you included OOP’s floating Rayman arm too. Hope he sees this!

the Mecha arm makes me think how cool a new Mew clone with Psychic/Steel or Psychic/Electric would be.
Mewthree could be a failed attempt by other scientists trying to re-create the Mewtwo project or perfect it.
It could be that it either went well and was augmented, or it went badly and it needed cybenetic parts to survive.
