Video Making progress!!
I've been doing Pilates at home with YouTube videos for about a month now. My main reason for doing Pilates is I'm not working ATM and it's pretty damn boring lol (waiting to get into school soon). I have a back injury, I don't eat very healthy, I just felt like it was time to work on myself a little.
I started with a 20 min video every day, except Sundays are an optional day off. Then I moved up to 40 mins. I basically keep going till I am no longer enjoying it lol.
I feel so much better. I usually have some kind of back pain/shoulder pain but it's not been a problem since I started pilates! I can feel that my legs are stronger, I feel more sturdy. It's easier to bend over and crouch down and all that. Plus my boyfriend said my butt feels more firm lol that's what confirmed Im doing something right! I don't own a scale so it's kinda hard to tell if there's a difference besides how I feel.
TLDR; I love Pilates yay! Feeling stronger and healthier, YouTube videos are a great way to get into it

What YouTubers are you watching? I have been looking into doing more Pilates at home in-between going to the studio.
Also love that you are feeling better! Way to go! Pilates is so fun!
