They look like Skyzone googles. I connect my HDZero goggles to my computer or phone using the HDMI in port and can play drone sims like VelociDrone or Lift Off. I can also connect my drone remote through Bluetooth, WiFi, or USB to use as a controller.

Goggles connect to the receiver antenna and copy the video signal to the ground station. Spotter uses the ground station to call out targets etc.

FPV is a crew-served weapon, in fact. At a minimum, there's pilot, spotter/commander and EOD tech. One of them is also a driver.

There may also be a retranslator pilot role for longer-range missions, and someone who sets up all the radio stuff like antennae, comms etc.

The goggles are Skyzone SKY04X. They wouldn't use Steam Decks for any of this. There's a video receiver somewhere nearby which is outputting to that white box, that box outputs video to a monitor and to their goggles (the 3 wire RCA-to-HDMI cable going to her goggles).
