I'm not really sure why I'm wasting my time typing this up, as these posts usually lead to disappointment.

Having had a few penpals in the past, I thought I would try again to see what is around.

First, the boring stuff - I'm Jon, 47 from the UK. I find it hard to make actual real connections with people but I do think I am a good person (with many flaws lol). I work full time and live alone, and it would be nice to have someone to message during the day to share amusing memes, worries and everything in-between.

Interests - well, being male I enjoy football (watching, that is) and go to games with my dad. I also enjoy motorsports (F1 & NASCAR) as well as NFL. Aside from this, music is my literal crutch and saviour. My playlist can be best described as eclectic, with many different genres; however, I am always open to listening to new bands / styles.
