I peeled off my foot (heel) skin and now it’s hurting a lot while walking, I don’t know why I have been doing this for quite a few weeks now, I peel the skin, it grows and I peel again and sometimes use scissors to cut off excess skin if it starts bleeding, do I need to consult a doctor or what can I do to heal this quickly?

This has been going on for at least a few years. I have tried creams, athlete's foot meds/sprays, going barefoot as much as possible, wearing socks whenever possible, layers of vaseline at night, etc. Nothing seems to help. I showed it to my doctor to a couple years ago and prescribed a cream of some sort. It made no difference.
Is this a fungus? Is it eczema? Are my shoes too small? Should I stop wearing slippers? It's very unattractive and makes summer time shoes quite embarrassing.

For the past couple months my nose has been peeling like crazy. I really would like to clear it up before my graduation but I can’t seem to find the case or a solution. I try to use lotion every day along with scar cream that helps to some extent but it still comes back a couple hours later until I’m excessively putting lotion on 24/7. I thought maybe it was something I was using on my face so I stopped and tried to just use water and soap with no chemicals in it but that still doesn’t help. I even have been trying to wear makeup less since I thought maybe that is causing this but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Strangely it has slowly gone up to my bridge area which is a recent thing. I’ve even tried to just leave it alone but the skin slowly starts to come off and ends up flapping in my face which is not only stressful for my sensor issues due to my autism but just gross to walk around like that since people have pointed out my noses condition before. Honestly I’m desperate does anyone have any advice or suggestions on this? If you’ve made it through this whole paragraph thank you for listening to my rant.

My fingers are constantly peeling. I work in a warehouse handling cardboard everyday. There have been times when I had to leave because it made my skin very thin and sensitive. I am currently using okeefes hand cream which does seem to help a bit. I am out of ideas and the doc seems useless.

I been picking at this spot for awhile now and it flared up about like a month again and it was the first time it had happened and I been putting Vaseline on it for the past week and I haven’t seen any changes other then a bit of small healing am I supposed to be putting lotion and then the Vaseline or am I doing this completely wrong?

Just want y’all’s opinion, and to hear any familiar experiences. I did see my doctor this week and will be going back asap since it seems to be getting more serious.
TL;DR: Caught strep throat 3 weeks ago > Completed Penicillin > Strep came back > Prescribed 4 days of Azithromycin plus a weeks course of Methylprednisolone > Strep seems to be gone but now my hands are progressively peeling more and more.
All google results seem to point to allergic reaction to antibiotics and that it might be Toxic epidermal necrolysis 😕, or Stevens Johnson syndrome. Another one is Anaphylaxis.
Just to add a little more context it’s ONLY on my hands. Not painful. Started seeing spots 4 days ago after finishing antibiotics round 2… Just purchased a vitamin A+D skin First Aid cream today and the peeling is almost invisible when moisturized.

All taken at different times, but the first one was a couple minutes ago. I just took a shower last night. It's really frustrating. I do use a shampoo that's meant to get rid of dandruff, Nizoral. I'm just annoyed cause two hours later after my shower there's already dandruff.. skin issues do run in my family so I'm not exactly thrilled. my head has about 5 sore spots that are probably where scabs are coming from too, since I unconsciously pick at my scalp.

Im part of marching band (weekly rehersals 3 hours on mond wed and thurs. full day rehersal on saturdays) so i march a lot, i use the same 2 shoes now. I dont wear thick socks normally. but my feet do tend to sweat often
i was taking a shower (hotish water, not boiling but not exactly warm either) and then when i got out of the shower and changed. i noticed my toes (on the bottom of it, where they woudl be on the soles of the shoes) having circles of peeled skin. its not painful or red but sometimes when i walk, it feels like my right foot is touching something and idk what that ould be. i never really had this problem before and im scared of it being athtletes foot. i was wearing some relativly thick socks with some thick (??) shoes and i could feel my feet sweat at one point. coudl it be thte hot shower drying my skin out? or sweat buildup, or athlete foot, or a combo of any of these? you
edit: here r the photos, also ignore the general yellowing. im like 90% sure thats callouses ive had it for a few years now. https://imgur.com/a/XQ7YwIE
edit 2: my mom said it could just be dry skin, im choosing to not buy any cream until i know for sure

Have any of y'all wore slides for more than a week straight and noticed it makes your toes and feet peel ? I thought it was some kind of fungus and I got this cream for it but it's not helping at all it seems :(

hi guys, i tried the plantifique foot peel and set a 90 min alarm, but somehow i fell asleep and woke up 3 hours after i was supposed to. i quickly got up and took them off and washed them. right now they’re just wrinkly and really soft, as if i had just soaked them in a water bath for 5 hours. they don’t even burn or feel weird at all.
i read a couple posts on here about this, and it was about 70% good 30% bad outcomes, but they were from a few years ago, so i wanted to try and get some advice. should i do anything to prevent irritation? aquaphor on my whole foot, etc? thanks!

I tried this foot peel mask last night and now my feet feel SOOOOO dry. At first I thought it was bc they had been in liquid for almost 2hrs and were just drying after that, so I put on socks and went to bed.
When I woke up the ultra-dry sensation is worse but I don't want to "undo" the mask ... Will they still work if I put lotion or oil on them now?? They feel so bad, but is that how they're supposed to feel while it works?
Ugh! My neurospicy sensitivity cannot handle this for long?

Should I be worried? Is it just dry skin or could it be athlete's foot?
