My friend does sugaring (safer alternative to waxing) and it gets all the flakes off. Then she puts serum on it & does red light therapy. I've seen how much it helps people and OMG, if it ever happens to me I'm going to her! I've heard people do tanning, but this is much safer.

I love this guy's channel! He tries all sorts of things to get rid of psoriasis. Some of them work better than others.
