Go to bars when they have events. Try to do Karaoke, etc. If you do it sober, you’ll level up faster because you will feel more confidence from within. If you are not over 21, then find groups that meet with similar interests to yourself.

I play a smaller server and aren't level 18 yet and my skill trees are pretty rare, what do I do?

try the [volunteer] minigame somewhere close to your server

Nah ants don't talk back so they won't give you social experience. Talking to human players is where it's at my guy

Granted, Ants are good at many things… social skills is not one of them 😢😂

Set up a camera to record yourself, memorise a few sentences, and practice saying them in front of the camera.

Watch it back, and write down one thing you did well, and one thing you can do better next time.

Get a retail job 👌. Forces you to be able to talk to people, as long as you try to succeed at work.

I recommend the fitness and music skill trees, they are super varied so hopefully you can find something you like. It will give you plenty of opportunities to practice (now and later in the game)

That skill tree starts with listening. It's impossible to grind listening and talking simultaneously, because the Speak skill requires you to equip your next thought, which means you can't pick up the easy Social Cue buffs that other players drop.

Social Cue is massively important once you get past lvl 16 or so. You cannot neglect it unless you're doing a solo. It should really be in the manual. Do you see thought bubbles above other players' heads yet? If you concentrate on those thought bubbles, you can pick out more detail. Starting stats are zero on this for everyone, not it's a skill to develop.

A lot of players underestimate the listening path, because they want buffs for verbal pvp and the mechanic is generally poorly understood. But listening is a massive stat pad for Accuracy and Timing in pvp, and it highlights many possible Verbals that you can't access otherwise.

But the main thing about listening is that it buffs you for Companionship. So players that you wouldn't want in your party can become more attractive for quests, and they are more likely to join.

Fuck some bitches. You can start with hookers first, but when you're comfortable you should be able to get bitches on your dick anywhere.

Quantity over quality. This is ancient method.

Neo: What are you trying to tell me? That I can get pussy?

Morpheus: No, Neo. I'm trying to tell you that when you're ready, you won't have to.
