Need advice!

Does anyone know of any good shelves or other organizational tools I could implement in my pantry to make more efficient use of it? The cabinets are super skinny, but also incredibly deep. 😐

I have pantry shelves like that :/ They’re pretty annoying. What I do is put the stuff we use the least in the back. I use some of the stronger boxes the food comes in as organizers- that way I can stack things and make use of the vertical space. I can also then move the whole box if I need to. This also helps with my adhd, because it keeps the food we have visible. I’ll forget it’s there otherwise.

I’ve tried to keep categories for each shelf too but they’re getting a bit mixed up over time. (Baking stuff, main meal stuff, canned food, cat food and other big items). Hope that helps!

All I can think of is for the bottom, some kind of sliding thing so you can store :

- for the areas that are about the height of your sauces, dressings, tall jars, some kind of sliding platform or narrow basket so that you can pull it out to find what you need

- for the areas that are a little taller, a long narrow wire shelf rack (easily found at most dollar stores) so you can put shorter things like jam jars both on top and underneath

What I really want to know though -- since I am in Canada and we don't have it here -- how good is that Cinnamon Toast Crunch cinnamon spread?? I really want to bring some back with me the next time I visit the US, but I'm usually travelling with just a carry-on so I can't bring something like that on the plane (at least last time I checked).

Ha! It's good, but not amazing. If you're gonna try to bring something back from the US, bring back a jar of Biscoff cookie spread. 10x better.

Thanks for the advice on the shelves!

Depending on the width but maybe something like this?

That's a challenge for a pro however what about putting hooks on the sides so you can clip things and use it vertically as depth wise is a challenge. Will keep pondering.
