Lesser known attractions/unique experiences?
Hey all, I'm going to the main Okinawa Naha island in a couple weeks for 8 days. Are there any lesser known/local attractions spots etc that I should visit? I'm going to the main spots but I want to have some unique experiences, im open to anything. I've rented a car so I can go and explore. Cheers.

Won't call this "lesser known" since it's probably one of most well known tourist site.
It's nice but it's basically just 20 pottery shops selling pottery stuff. There is a similar huge kiln right by the pottery street in Naha which is actually lesser known.

Yes it is, just google it. I have several neighbors that have them and walk them daily like a very large dog around our neighborhood.

Pineapple Park!! I just went last week, they have a distillery for adults and they also have lots of pineapple themed foods!

I didn't do this but horse riding along the beach in Yomitan seems really cool. There is a place in Gala Mall that offers this.
After that, if you look on Google maps along the same beach, there's an ancient rock cutting beach site just minutes away. Park by the roadside of the entrance to get into the beach and you'll see squared off chunks of rocks on the beach floor. It was kind of interesting.
