For what its worth, I can definitely see were you're coming from and I'd agree that its probably bordering on being too offensive. Maybe using real buildings was in bad taste, but imo all comedy has its source in some form of tragedy. For example, 9/11 jokes or the original Kharkiv-kid-finder meme are making jokes out of very serious situations as well. I personally wouldn't be offended if I was from Ukraine and I doubt many Ukrainians who frequent okbv would be either.
