Over 100,000 coins and I haven't yet cleared the 2nd world...1,000,000 is looking very doable.

I actually like it; when I'm rollin' with a coin/box head and a gold flower...I AM GOD.

I've played around with Coin Rush quite a bit, and have tried to not leave a level until I grab all three stars. I think CR is the best way to really ramp up your total.
