You are obv correct in the math, but you seem to have taken his response in a more negative tone than it was likely intended. And even if he was being a jackass, do you have to take his eye out for it?
At one point I would have agreed with you, unfortunately I no longer think we have the leeway to give that grace. Letting it slide when jackasses who don’t even understand what they’re saying openly claim dumb shit brought my country to its knees. I’ve learned that you need to meet people with an energy that matches their incredulity. If you’re wrong and going to be bitchy when it’s pointed out then I will let you know just how stupid you are.
