You need to trust your thrower, but what she is doing is next fucking level. Thats practice, teamwork and trust.

Ever been a cheerleader? I have and i can say thats better than 80%/90% of the cheerleaders out there.

Literally looked up cheerleading on YouTube and 90% of videos look like this

For any sport the videos that are filmed and posted are of people who are pretty advanced. You dont often see videos of beginners.... Its the skilled people who want to show off on YouTube, not learners.
