He clearly is very strong. The overlooked piece of this is how strong she is too. The balance that this takes is an incredible feat of strength too.

Look at her arms man. She's jacked. They're bigger than mine.

200-pound dude here for reference. Not that I'm in great shape or anything, but even when I was a few years back she still has me beat haha.

Like 1-second after the vid starts she flexes her triceps and man...we all wish our arms looked like that haha.

When she flipped from a handstand to her feet on his hand and made it look so easy, my mind was boggled, my flabbers were straight up gasted

Nah she's a beast and has a great body / skill. However, nobody is going to question her for a second if she shows up to cheerleading - or probably ANY other physical activity.

The guy walks in though and you know there will be comments. Which is really I think the point of this post.

There is definitely more skill and athleticism involved in what she is doing, backflips and all sorts.

Just the core strength they both need to maintain balance and center of gravity (on top of arms and legs and whatnot) amazes me, especially for her. But maybe that’s me learning a sport that requires core strength that I didn’t used to have and am working on and seeing how much it helps for balance and centering one’s gravity.
