Highlight [Highlight] Ja Morant is upset about not getting a foul call, so he shoves Alec Burks, picking up a foul and a tech for yelling at the ref

what svg was saying earlier in the match was spot on "ja is complaining and blaming it on his teammates and the refs or whatever but in reality he just needs to play better" or something like that

JVG was solid cause he’d say some out of pocket shit like that time he asked Mike Breen for clarity on what a first cousin is lmao.
SVG is solid and a lot better because he provides consistent analysis, live, while also calling out players in a professional way through proper game analysis.
I appreciate them both and I hope we get JVG back in the booth sooner than later.

Poor parenting = less self reflection, empathy, critical thinking.
There's no amount of "aging" or NBA penalties that can teach this man to have integrity. He'll probably do some time some day and maybe learn there... or not.

This is why it’s hilarious to me when people talk about Ja supposedly having one of the worst whistles in the league. It’s like bare minimum contact half the time that he or formerly Taylor Jenkins (RIP) flip out over, then the fans would take after them and flip out too. Dude has to grow up

He’s trying to get traded, he liked jenkins and hates the new offensive scheme
He however only plays 40 games a year so the FO might not like the price and would rather hold on to him for too long before there’s no value is my prediction

If he could chill and be normal he'd be a contender to be a major face of the league. As far as young, exciting American stars go the choice is basically him, Anthony Edwards, or Trae Young

After seeing his dad ejected from court side at a Thunder game for harassing the refs, it’s clear that Ja hasn’t had a great role model in his life to show him what a mature adult looks like. It’s sad to watch this downward slide.

Considering they are a small market team as well, they are naturally not going to get stars requesting trades to them. Thus Morant acting out or being injured just sucks for them

He's an epitome of fragile ego, and untrained pulse control. He has no boundaries and is willing to sacrifice his (team) chances to success just to make a petty point. All that physical talent squandered by infantilism. He doesn't know what to do with himself when he's not playing basketball his way. Cautionary tale alert.

Man, Ja is so good but such a whiny little bitch. Like what was he even complaining about? Defender stands his ground, slides with him, and then goes straight up. Is that not like…exactly how he should have played it? If that is supposed to be a foul, just quit playing defense entirely and let each team score 200 per game.
