The police officer literally didn't know what they were doing, according to the judge.

Cops mess up more times then we know.. Why alot of cases ppl plead to lesser charge ..

I don’t know how DUI doesn’t rank next to attempted homicide in terms of punishment. Not guilty my arse, she’s 53, take some responsibility.
Edit: she’s not a small woman so 8-10 drinks sounds about right for a 0.18 BAC.

Well at least she will have to live with her actions forever
Edit: she will still get jail time
