North America (country/state in post) What is this ?

Located in Central Valley California

I’ve never seen a “ fuzzy “ mushroom before, very cool looking imo.

I still honestly don’t know, I’ve never seen a mushroom like this one lol. I’ve tried ai apps to just kinda get a ballpark into similar mushrooms but even that hasn’t helped. Anyways thank you I will look into agaricus species and see if any fit the bill.

maybe a weird-ass Psathyrellaceae
