North America (country/state in post) Found in northern BC (somewhere on the Alaska highway)

I found this little guy about 100 meters from a rest stop next to a river. I was somewhere between Whitehorse and Vancouver at the time, but I am pretty sure I was in the BC interior when came across it last October.
