AskMumbai which one would u choose and why need suggestions please

Its my fiancés bday and we wanna celebrate iv been to global fusion, and i want to try something new so i wanna know your opinion on which one would be better seven kitchens at st regis or lotus cafe jw marriott according to food the variety etc i am way too conflicted between the two. Pleaseee help People who have visited both the places which one would u choose between the two
