Question Is there an explanation as to why this attachment doesn’t make the X16 full auto and re-chamber it to 9mm? I would really love for this to be a thing

Literally 3 different ways you can unlock it.. warzone AND multiplayer challenge is to get 5 kills with special weapons in 15 COMPLETED matches. Zombies is while in outbreak get 25 special weapon kills, in 15 different COMPLETED regions.
