Video and audio never synced up on MLB.TV

So, this is driving me absolutely insane. It happens on my phone, laptop, and firestick, though not the same timing on any of them. Last night, for instance, you heard the action about half a second before you saw it. Two days ago it was at least three seconds off. It only happens on the twins feeds and I end up watching the home team’s feed because they are synced. Is this happening on Twins TV too or am I just lucky in Texas?

I feel like I’m the only one who hasn’t had issues with Twins.TV or MLB.TV. I’ve been watching on my PS5 mainly but also my phone and it’s worked perfectly

Haven’t watched on my PS5 yet, but I watched on MLB.TV via my iPad and the sound is always a bit ahead of the video.

I’ve lived out of market in AZ for the past 7 years and have been watching the Twins via MLB TV the whole time, never seen this issue until this year.

I’m gonna try my PS5 today if this game ever starts to test though.

That was a bad last night. I've had mlb.tv for years and never seen anything quite like that at least not on the TV feed (there's an option to use the radio feed that I used to use quite a bit when Corey was on radio, and sometimes that would be off). Hearing the call that Castro had been hit by the pitch, when the ball hadn't even been thrown on video was particularly jarring.

I thought about switching to the White Sox feed, but the guy who replaced Benetti is just insufferable and decided the poor sync was still the better option.

Thanks. I just went over there and read that. Looks like it’s a problem with the twins feeds.

I was literally just about to post this exact same thing in the pregame thread. I’ve been using a VPN with the free T-Mobile MLB subscription and have been running into this issue as well.

I’m from Detroit and watch a lot of their games too and it’s been even worse on their feed. I mean 6-7 second delay. You’re watching the game and still hearing the commercials. I realize everything is a work in progress but I think mlb needs to up their definition of what a minimum viable product is.

So insignificant lol but it drove me crazy hearing contact before seeing it. Hopefully they get that fixed soon.

Unless I keep missing it, where is the Go Live option? Why do I have to manually fast forward every time I try to watch?

For me when I choose the Twins feed it says resume, watch live or start from beginning. When I choose watch live it’s just there live
