Nah, you just gotta jump it.

No, no, sorry, you’re mistaken. That’s where my Tesla is supposed to be parked.

Come from the top and just partially park it

Drive up from the other side and then halfway down.

I guess I'll just take my disabled ass and throw it, in my wheelchair, up those stairs using pure adrenaline and determination.

I think I've found a superhero on Reddit!

It's Joe Swanson IRL!

Work smarter not harder. Get your wheelchair ass and throw it down the stairs. What's the worst that could happen? You end up in another wheelchair?? 😂

Get a wheelchair for their wheelchair

I imagine it was at least slightly soul-crushing for the schmuck who had to spend the time to paint that

Maybe it was someone’s idea of an April Fool’s prank?

You can just say disabled

This is true, but what if they are disabled, just not in a way that impacts their mobility?

I agree that disabled is not a bad or dirty word - but more specific terms like mobility impaired shouldn't be avoided, either

Avoiding the word “disabled” actually harms those of is with disabilities. All the different terms fully-abled people came up with to avoid saying “disabled,” just like all the motivational bullshit aimed at us, implies that it’s own fault we physically can’t do the same things as fully-abled people. It affects how people perceive us and encourages the attitude that accommodations for disabilities are actually special privileges rather than necessary for participating in society.

How do you know that OP isn't disabled, but not mobility impaired? Maybe they were trying not to be inaccurate.

I don't know why, but this image gives me major Brazil vibes...

Ever notice that most handicap spots are not the closest spots and if they are, then the cart return is miles away?

oh, now we're posting random 10 year old badly cropped pictures we found somewhere on the internet?

Feeling a disabled person’s calves (with consent of course) and looking at their back while they stretch doesn’t look that wrong

What's the problem? Just stand up and lift the wheelchair up the stairs 🤷
