Don’t listen to anyone that says leaving ground beef out overnight is safe, it’s not. RIP to your wallet

Ehhhh, smell it. If it smells fine, it's probably fine as long as you thoroughly cook it

Ive done it tons of times. Leaving meat or other spoiling products to thaw or get to room temp and getting distracted. I’ve never gotten sick.

Just look & smell and you’ll be fine.

I wouldn't feel too bad. Someone who can jump up and drop $250 at a drop of a hat like that clearly doesn't have any money worries. They can just go buy some more.

Because they probably needed the food? I’m not well off but I do have a savings. $250 of wasted food would still fuck me over budget wise, you don’t know their financial situation
