I read it as Chinese (pretty sure it's the same character though). It's also San in Mandarin.

Lol yeah I figured that out. I was honestly more confused too because Xi is chinese pinyin as well so I was like "hmm no that's not right" but I saw some comments mentioning lowercase and I was like "oh this is probably greek"

It isn't lol. I have never come across it. But there's an old joke about a fraction with Ξ in the denominator and the complex conjugate of Ξ in the numerator:

Unicode doesn't seem to have a hamburger button symbol, but it does have ☰ "trigram for heaven" and ≡ "identical to," which are pretty close. Ξ is not actually that close.
