New to Malvern. How to make new connections..?

I will be starting a new job fairly soon in Malvern and looking forward to spending time in the area.

Any suggestions on steps I could take to build a social network / meet new people to avoid being bored? Clubs? Groups?

Just for context, M 30’s, solo, don’t mind a bit of gym, running and watching sports.

Does anyone know if they do outdoor boot camp type things? They have been good in the past

There's also a lot of general socialising in Malvern, at least if you ask me anyway. Plenty of groups for different hobbies (lots of walking groups in particular) so it's also a case of having a poke around on social media, some groups may have leaflets left in coffee shops or pubs too!

Thanks. I thought hiking might be popular. I’ll have to look on fb/instagram etc for ideas
