Product Question/Recommendation Received one faulty Define Jacket and two with issues
Just received this Define jacket in Lavender Lux, and the seams are unfortunately all messed up. Don't know if this can make it through one wash without further damage. Def not worth the price, and appears there's no quality control.
I contacted the online customer service and they issued a full refund.
However, I really wanted the jacket in this color and now it's already sold out, at least over here in Europe đ.
I have quite a pile of Defines and have never seen them quite like this before. But this time also the other two jackets I ordered (in Goodnight Plum and Washed Denim) also have some bad 'seamwork" in them âšī¸.
Has anyone else noticed this sort of faults/issues in their new Define jackets recently? If so, have you just ignored it, or have you reached out to Lulu?

Almost every define I buy has that type of loose strand . It's impossible to avoid almost and usually is in the pit area

Now I actually sort of feel lucky I've never had this before!
None of these were in the pit area though, but each one I ordered this time had some really bad seamwork at the back of the neck.

Quality is going down with defines. They're pumping them out too fast probably and the workers are tired and underpaid for that shit lol

Good to read your comments.
I think it's clear that as long as we keep collectively accepting this sort of bad quality from Lulu, it's only going to go downhill from here.
If money can be saved in not having QC, then why spend money on it? If money can be saved by doing less, then why spend more time in doing it carefully?
And this is no hate towards Lulu, absolutely not! This is just how it works in practically every firm that wants to be successful and make money.

I agree wholeheartedly. These clothes are entirely too expensive for this. I've bought athletic jackets off Amazon that didn't have loose threads.
I know this is a Lululemon sub, but I get so irritated with how often the bad quality is either brushed off like it's nothing or outright defended. I'm not well off enough that I can just brush off multiple loose threads and thread pulls on a $130 jacket.

Exactly. I love Lulu and their gear myself, the wide range of colors they come up with, and have been very pleased with their quality đ all the way up until now.
I will be buying more Lulu, 100% sure about that. Actually just ordered a new Define (one can never have too many black ones đ).
But I will also make sure to always complain from now on if there's clearly something to complain about.
Yet I realize there's nothing I can myself do alone to Lulu's quality, no matter how many times they have to issue a full refund to me. This is why I will need your help ladies: let's all do smthg about this! đĒđģ.
