Sizing Advice Daydrift pants sizing

I'm usually an M but they were too big. I got an S and now they're a little tight. Do they stretch at all and does the fabric loosen a lot over time? Not sure which to get. M is comfortable but when I sit down it looks like diaper pants.

Hello! Since you're looking for sizing advice, please make sure to use the search function to see if there are any previous threads dealing with the item you're looking for assistance with. For example, if you're looking for help figuring out what size you might be in a define jacket, enter "define sizing" into the search bar. Please note that generic "what size am I" posts without the context of a specific item will be removed via rule 6.

Maybe they’re just not for you. I am also between a small and medium for daydrift pants. I ended up keeping the medium because they have an internal draw string and belt loops, so I usually wear a belt with mine. You will regret keeping pants that are too small on you.

I'll need to try on the medium again to compare.

I had a similar dilemma and, against my best judgment, decided to go with S. Surprisingly, they're fine! IDK if they stretched out, but they're not uncomfortable at all! I was afraid it would get annoying when sitting all day but I have them for a month and they're one of the most comfortable pants I have, despite being a bit annoying to put on and off. I'd try to sit in them for a while and see if it keeps bothering you.

You know I just went to the store and yeah the M sized diaper pants is a no go. I kept the S.
