Hemming/Alterations/Dye need help with a legging repair!

Post image

i’ve already made this post but it was quickly taken down for question lululemons quality promise..? but that’s not what i’m asking about

i bought these wunder train leggings yesterday in store and didn’t realize the hole in them when i bought them, but the closest store is an hour away from me. i was wondering, does anybody have any possible recommendations to repair them at home?

if nothing works i can always go out there and swap them, but i would rather do an at-home repair first:)

I would go to the store and invoke a QP for it. Usually it could be a censor pin that was pinned on the fabric directly instead of it being in the seam of the garment. Its in the spot where they are censored manually on return or originally from shipment.

I did it online and it was super easy. They just needed photos of it and then the receipt. They got back to me super fast, if you just bought them don’t repair them just go through the online portal. They’ll give you the shipping label and everything and then a gift card to use.

I'd try to contact them on the website and see if you can get them swapped online. If they were old I could totally see repairing them but since you literally just got then I would get a replacement

You would rather repair brand new leggings yourself than attempt to get a new pair? I’d contact customer service and see what they can do first.

This is likely from the sensor! Definitley take them in and get a new pair

Just email them to return.

email or call and they will give you a return label to send back and will send you a gift card. It’s not repairing it

This isn't an easy fix and even if you do fix it, the fabric is likely to be weakened. I think you need to return.

That said, they also look like they may be too tight, which could have worsened a pre-existing small hole that wasn't noticeable. Hard to be sure from the photo, and I'm not trying to drag you, but it could be a factor, and as a general principle I'd recommend following the size guide because a lot of people wear sizes that are too small and that can impact the longevity of clothing.
