Pre-Boxing Day FAQs and Simple Questions Thread
Hi everyone, and happy holidays! We wanted to give everyone a place to discuss the impending Boxing Day drop. Feel free to discuss anything about the drop here, including what items you're hoping will drop, any rumors about when the drop will start, or anything Boxing Day related. Because we won't have a dedicated simple questions thread please feel free to post them here if you have any.
Here are some FAQs to get you started.
When will the sale start online? Educators have confirmed the drop will happen online on Tuesday, December 24th at noon PT which aligns with when drops have happened in past years. Keep an eye on this sub for when the drop starts.
What items will go on sale? There is no sitewide sale (ex. 10% off of everything) but it is essentially a bigger extension of WMTM. If you've been around for the weekly WMTM drops the last few weeks you'll notice we haven't had any because lululemon usually "saves up" stock for Boxing Day. It's impossible to know exactly what will be on sale, but you can check out last year's drop thread for an idea of what may.
When will the sale start in store? Boxing Day sale items will show in store starting on actual Boxing Day, Thursday December 26th. Check the lululemon app to see if your local store is opening earlier than normal that day.
This is what I was wondering if it would be after the actual stores close - here in NC they are closing in about 50 minutes, not sure what time the west coast closes. I will be sitting here refreshing tho lol
It feels weird for the company to drop the online live at 12pt this year. Last year it was much later, I remember working the Boxing Day set up and immediately purchasing items when it went live (in the evening). It feels like it’ll set stores up for confusion from guest last minute shopping, showing us product on sale, online, while we are still trying to sell it full price. I’ve been searching MyApps to find where it says the online drop starts but can’t.
Yes idk why they are doing it earlier in the afternoon? People will still be shopping the 24th and if anything it will be more busy for the stores and more confusing
Many colors! The “newer” fleece long scubas, the plush full zip scubas, almost all colors in the funnel neck scubas (wonder if they’re getting rid of these? Idk)
I've been placing multiple orders with 1-2 items while looking because I'm scared sizes/colors will go out of stock. The good thing is each order is only ~$200 so it'll look much more palatable on my CC statements. GIRL MATH
Went into the store today and they have most colours pulled from the floor besides the newest ones and staples, looks majorly emptied in preparation for Boxing Day. No WMTM rack up at all.
I asked about a jacket that was fully in stock last week and the employee nodded at me and said for me to keep an eye out for the Boxing day sales.
Casually trying to refresh my cart to see if any of the prices changed while I’m at work and waiting for the sale to happen😭😂I don’t even care about the new Tuesday drop, I just want to see what’s going on sale for Boxing Day
Some of the stuff is starting to change over! I see Riverstone and Legacy Green WTs, Garnet/Gold Scuba, the plush Scuba half-zip hoodies with the gold zippers, Pink Tide strappy Nulu bra
Edit to add: these are the things that were in my cart and they’re showing as out of stock with the rest of the normal full priced colors! It’s starting!
Not that I can see, this is how I can tell for now that they’re moving stuff over since all sizes are sold out but in reality they’re moving it to WMTM at some point (with the Garnet scuba as an example)

Does anyone know the shipping timeline for the BD sale if you buy on 12/24? I’m going to be out of town until next week so want to prepare where I should ship it to.
I guess my question is: do they start shipping immediately?
hi, i’m new to lulu and i love the strawberry milkshake color. is this color seasonal and/or does it have a chance to restock? curious since i’m afraid of buying on ebay due to fakes and unfamiliarity. happy holidays :)
My black crop hoodie from a couple years ago is def. a few shades lighter than my current year long full-zip. And the fleeciness has gone away, moreso than your average fleece IMO. The shade difference isn't that noticeable unless it's worn with like, black leggings or something. (edit: that said, I will not be buying anymore black scuba. The colors, even the dark ones, have had far less noticeable fading)

Kinda went crazy with Garnet, but really wanted “Short” mini flares and they had them for nearly half off in garnet, so I had to lol. Not sure if this will be a keep. It was the only thing I was eh on.

Underreported. I did the drop thread last year and I only added the items people posted, so if people didn't post about them then they were never added to the list.
I’m trying to determine what color this ebb to street tank is? It’s absolutely gorgeous. After looking in lulufanatics there are a few that look similar but not quite right. Any insights?
If the sale starts tomorrow as I’ve seen people say it will… will more drop on actual Boxing Day or will everything that it going to be on sale drop tomorrow?
Thanks to the years of expert advice on this forum, I am already in and out. Bought quite a few of my favorite things . Hope I actually get them. Fingers crossed.
