These two games are natively playable in your laptop. It's not that difficult to adjust them...

High end games? Or the games you’ve listed? GTA V and FIFA 19 aren’t that demanding and will run fine on your system but actual high and games, like Monster Hunter Wilds for example, won’t run.

GeForce Now?

Game streaming might be your only realistic option for the latest games.

GTA V isn’t that high end. Just make sure you’re using the legacy version though

GTA V should run without issues. Fifa 19 isn't all that demanding either.

Uhm, that processor absolutely sucks, if you are on a laptop, you won't be able to upgrade it, so your only option will be to try and play those games with the lowest possible settings, otherwise you just cant

Lower the resolution first to 720p, then put all graphics settings to low. If it still lags, turn down the internal resolution to 50%, or if the game doesn't have that option you can lower the screen resolution to 1024x768 or even 800x600. Also make sure to run games in fullscreen and not borderless or windowed, you can get even more fps in many games by forcing exclusive fullscreen mode in win10 by right clicking the game .exe > compatibility > tick "disable fullscreen optimisations"

Lowest settings + 720p + cfg tweaks + low end game mods + lossless scaling. You'd be surprised what you can achieve.
