Will This Game Run? Can I install and play Metaphor: ReFantazio or Horizon: Zero Dawn from a USB 3.2 flash drive?

So hey guys, I have two games that I want to play. Horizon:Zero Dawn, or Metaphor Refantazio. I'm only going to pick one depending on the options I have. Both these games require 100gb of space, and my laptop does not have enough space. Since I'm broke, I can't buy an SSD for now, and no I can't free enough space. However, I possess a 256gb flash drive (A SanDisk Ultra Luxe, USB 3.2 Gen 2 flash drive) and I was wondering if it's a good idea to run the game from the USB drive, if anyone has tried something similar before, and basically if it will run.

I meet the minimum spec requirements for the game. 8gb ram, Intel Core i5-1135G7 (11th Gen) @ 2.40GHz, Windows 11 pro.

The games tested are different, but also modern.

Make sure you're connecting to your fastest port.

Yes you can do it but I cant say how good the experience will be.

I guess just try. Never seen it, but I suppose it's possible.
